Current beta status: This public website does not currently provide self-service account registration or an external Amazon account connection. Amazon account data is processed only for separately agreed private-beta tests.

Website access and hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., United States. When the website is opened, Vercel may process technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser information and error logs to deliver and secure the website. These logs are not used by ProfitFox to build advertising profiles. Where required, international transfers are protected through applicable contractual safeguards.

Amazon seller and advertising data

Where a seller explicitly joins the private beta, ProfitFox may process product-level sales, traffic, conversion, price, fees, inventory, listing status and customer-feedback trends. Advertising analysis may use advertiser/profile identifiers, campaign and ad-group settings, budgets, bids, advertised products, targets, search terms, placements, impressions, clicks, spend, attributed orders and attributed sales.

These data are used only to detect material commercial issues, diagnose probable causes, estimate financial impact, prepare requested optimization actions and measure results. ProfitFox does not require buyer names, postal addresses, email addresses, payment details or other buyer personal data for these functions.

Authorization and access

Amazon access uses Amazon's authorization process. ProfitFox does not ask sellers to disclose Amazon login credentials. A Free Scan and Monitor connection is read-only. Any future write permission is requested separately; an advertising or listing change may be executed only after express and verifiable seller approval.

Storage and deletion

Access is restricted to people who need it to operate the agreed beta. Data are retained only while required for the agreed product function or legal obligations, then deleted. A participating seller may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@uberfit.eu and may revoke Amazon authorization through the applicable Amazon account controls.

Legal rights

Depending on applicable law, data subjects may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, and may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
